About Me

My name is Will Hedrick. I am the Founder and CEO of Speek. My passion is changing the future of real estate and changing the lives of those I work alongside.

When I was 17, I started my first company with my brother. We created custom furniture, and after almost two years, I fell in love with entrepreneurship. I followed my interest, got my real estate license, and have not turned back. 

​

My first year of real estate taught me a lot, but the most important observation was the need for a change in the industry. Challenging the status quo was not standard.  I took this as a personal challenge. Thus, Speek was born.
