What is the Lifestyle Index?

The lifestyle index is a new way to look at a commission split. We reward our agents up to 5% back for taking care of themselves, their families, and their communities. We know that agents need to be taking care of their other lives other than just being a real estate agent. We are proud to give back for their accomplishments.

Our success team works with our agents monthly to help them achieve their goals. Part of their goal setting is with the lifestyle index. We believe our coaches are the best in the world at not only real estate, but helping you achieve your goals outside of work.

Every goal is chosen by you. We are simply here to help you stay accountable and push yourself.

We give back up to 5% of our agents commission split for the following:

  • Physical

  • Philanthropic

  • Personal

  • Professional Development

  • Networking


We want our agents to spend time taking care of their health. Here are some examples:

  • Going on a walk 3x/wk

  • Strength Training 3x/wk and running 2x/wk

  • Gym 5x/wk, Cardio 2x/wk, and following a paleo diet.

Remember, these goals are created by you, for you. We just want to promote those that are taking care of their physical being.


SPEEK challenges our agents to spend time engaging positively via philanthropy. It is an excellent way to engage our community, and can even count as the networking portion of our lifestyle index. Here are some examples:

  • Donate $40/mo to Charity Water

  • Donate 1 day a month to volunteer at the Animal Shelter

  • Host a quarterly fundraising event


Real estate agents are notorious for long hours and late nights. We know we cannot always avoid that, but we need to make sure we have time for our personal lives. Some examples:

  • Taking 1 day/wk off to escape from work

  • Stop working by 5:00 pm to have dinner with my family

  • Set aside 1 weekend/mo to take off

Professional Development

In addition to all of the personal goals, we wanted to reward our agents that are taking time developing and honing their work-related skills. Here are some ideas:

  • Attend 1:1 meetings weekly with the Success team

  • Take outside marketing course online

  • Host SPEEK training event on improv


Real estate is a popularity contest, whether we want to believe it or not. Expanding our network and making intimate connections is going to grow our business immensely. Some examples of networking goals:

  • Attend a Charlotte Business Group Event Monthly

  • Introduce myself to 3 strangers every day

  • Have lunch with a potential client every week

Our goal with the lifestyle index is to reward our agents that are devoting time to themselves, their communities, and others. Our Success Team helps our agents generate goals that are challenging but doable. We want our agents to succeed and grow right alongside each other inside and outside of work.
