Introducing Speek

My name is Will Hedrick. I am the Founder and CEO of Speek. I am going to take some time today to introduce ourselves. Firstly, thank you so much for your support. Those first few clients, fans, and supporters are the ones that mean the most. You drive us to achieve more and keep our whole team smiling.
Speek stands for Sincere, Passionate, Empathetic, Enthusiastic, and Kind. When I was branding the company, I wanted to focus on one aspect: the individual. I believe that what makes agents, teams, brokerages, businesses, everything extraordinary is the people within them. Without an outstanding foundation of people, you are doomed. However, with them, you will change the world. I took this idea to heart. I wanted to highlight the elements I believe to make an individual extraordinary. Titling the company after what we want out of our agents and employees keeps us accountable. It also allows all of our clients to know they should expect the best. It is like having a second mission statement that follows us around: a mission shadow.
Our mission is to provide quality agents with the best tools, connections, and creative freedom, while consistently innovating to create the future of real estate. Now, how are we going to do it? We have covered the first large step, quality agents. Our tools, connections, and creative freedom boil down to our big 3: the teams. Our three teams are Speek media, success, and solutions. Every single one of these covers an aspect that our agents should not have to devote time to. Speek Media is our team of creatives. They control all of our first impressions. Photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and more call this team home. Our Success Team (Speek Success), is dedicated to the growth and business development side of our agent's needs. This team is dedicated to branding/positioning, lead generation, marketing, advertising, and business development. Our agent's one-stop-shop for all things related to the business side of real estate. Speek Solutions is our team of helpers. We have transaction coordinators that work with every party in the transaction. They help assure the home buying and selling process is as clear, understandable, and stress-free (well as stress-free as possible).
These three teams all come together to make the brokerage model something completely new. I wanted Speek to be a platform for agents to use to better themselves and their business. Ultimately, our goal is for our agents to see themselves as creative entrepreneurs on a mission to change the future of real estate. We are the only real estate brokerage equipped to do that.
As we continue to grow we are prepared to keep our values close. Remember, that is why I named Speek, Speek. I wanted a reminder as to who we are and what we should strive to be every single time we hear our name. I look forward to taking this journey together, and again I cannot thank you enough for your early-stage support in Speek. You are making more of an impact than you could ever believe.
