The lifestyle index is a new way to look at a commission split. We reward our agents up to 5% back for taking care of themselves, their families, and their communities. We know that agents need to be taking care of their other lives, and not just be a real estate agent. We are proud to give back for their accomplishments.
Our success team works with our agents monthly to help them achieve their goals. Part of their goal setting is with the lifestyle index. We believe our coaches are the best in the world at not only real estate, but helping you achieve your goals outside of work.
