Whether paying with cash or getting a loan, we will need an approval to put in an offer. For cash, this is a proof of funds document, and with a loan, it is a pre-approval letter. Speek agents work with the best lenders and bankers, we can refer you to the right person.
Find a Home
Varies
Start by narrowing your search. Consider the size, location, acreage, and anything else that is important to you. Finding a home is a process of elimination. Focus on homes of interest, and update your preferences accordingly.
Negotiate on Home
1-2 Days
Speek Agents are expert negotiators. Not everything is negotiable, but when it can be, we will fight for you. Homes are delivered "swept clean" unless otherwise negotiated .
Due-Diligence Period
30-60 Days
The due-diligence period is the time after you have a signed contract that you can go and inspect the home prior to closing. Home inspections, securing your mortgage, and your final walk-through will occur here.
Closing
1 Hour
After everything is prepared during due diligence it is time to sign all the documents. We will sign the documents at the closing attorney's office.
